21 Weeks old

I'm 21 weeks old and boy am I getting bigger and bigger.

I'm going to outgrow my boppy before too much longer.

I got my first taste of rice cereal yesterday. I know what to do with the spoon, that's for sure. I've been watching Mommy and Daddy eat for so long that I've got that part down. I'm just not sure what to do next.
I'm having fun with this new taste.
While I didn't really eat anything, i still had a good time trying. A little more practice and I'll be eating like Daddy in no time.

I learned how to eat my feet this week.

Bath time is so much fun. Daddy did me right this time around. He filled my tub up with warm warm water and we just laughed and played for a long time.
Mommy is so excited that I like water because she loves it too. We are going to have so much fun next summer at the pool.

Getting ready for Christmas.

Mommy has so much fun playing dress up with me. I look like a Christmas tree, but she says it will look so good with Santa Claus's red suit.

We headed out to the Opryland Hotel in search of Santa Claus. After and hour and half of walking around circles, we never found him. We only managed to get ourselves lost and lost and lost. We were so tired that we finally gave up and will have to find Santa somewhere else this year.

I just could not keep my eyes open while we were walking around in search of Santa. PawPaw passed me off to GiGi and I fell asleep in her arms.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving Everybody!

Mommy just could not bring herself to fix the turkey so Daddy had to do it. He was so excited about that we had to take before and after pictures of it. We won't show the before.

Mommy had fun getting the table ready. We had GiGi, PawPaw, Uncle Kevin, Ms. Colleen and Baby Michael over for dinner. It was so good and the turkey came out PERFECTLY!

While the grownups ate, Baby Michael and I played with my mat. I got a little frustrated when I couldn't reach my toys.

It was so much fun having GiGi here to talk to me and squeeze me all day. She read to me and rocked me to sleep. It will take Mommy weeks to undo the damage. Well, maybe not damage, I'm only little once.
PawPaw put my first pair of shoes on me. I can't get good enough traction on these floors to really have fun in my jumper.

I think this may just be my favorite toy.

Ha Ha Aunt Milli, now who's Baby Michael cheering for????? He does look a little shocked to be in Auburn attire.I'm just so glad that everyone drove up to see me this weekend. It was so much fun! Thank you GiGi, PawPaw, and Uncle Kevin.

I was talking during this picture. Since I've been sick, I haven't felt like talking so it's good to be back in business.

Mommy goes to work and I get sick.

This was Mommy's first week back to work. YUK!!! But i must say, I sure do like Ms. Marsha. She comes over and loves on me and talks to me. We have the best time. Except for me getting sick we would have had a great first week. I'm gotten another cold but this one seems much worse than the last one. I've been coughing this time and not able to sleep very well. Mommy took me to the doctor today and she said that everything looked well, meaning no ear infection, no mucus in my chest. Just a stubborn cough and congestion. I've been sleeping in my swing and my car seat. This is my lovely new bed. I'm so ready to be on the mattress and not sleeping in my car seat or swing. Sometimes Daddy holds me in the rocking chair and we both fall asleep for a few hours. I know he must be tired because he doesn't get to take naps during the day like I do. Mommy stayed home with me today so she could take care of me.

Our sick Baby still wears a smile even when he doesn't feel well.

Touchdown!!

My friend Michael and I love to watch football. I was trying to make Daddy fell better by cheering for the Auburn tigers but it didn't help. We had to turn the TV off and nobody got to watch football. :(
Baby Michael's Aunt Milli picked out his Kentucky blue shirt and I'm supported Auburn this week. Don't worry Uncle Kevin, I'll be back in my rebel red next week.
What's going on Michael?
What sweet boys!
Uncle Cwis played and played with sweet Lucy. She was a little bashful at first but acquired quite the crush on Uncle Cwis, or Kiss as Lucy called him. Aunt Milli had her dressed in her Kentucky blue as well. This could get uncle in a few years if our babies don't like our teams.

Uncle Cwis came to see me

Yeah, Uncle Cwis finally came to see me. Thank you for flying all the way from Dallas to see me Uncle Cwis.
So silly! I can't believe Mommy only got one picture with both of us smiling. We'll do better next time.

18 weeks old

Mommy seems to be slowing down on her blog entries.

17 Weeks old

This was a week of many "firsts".
I got to sit and play in my jumper for the first time.
I was bouncing around so much Mommy could barely get a clear picture.
It sure is fun to be able to sit up more. I can't really jump just yet but it won't be long.
I found my feet for the first time this week. I haven't quite made it up to my mouth just yet.

I got to play with Miss. Caroline this week. She was so funny. Every time she gave me a love hug, she wanted to kiss my belly.
I'll be up and running around with Miss Caroline before we know it.
This was my first trip to Percy Warner Park. Daddy was so happy to take me for a walk. It is his favorite place in all of Nashville
I can't wait to be old enough to go hiking with him at Percy Warner-maybe I'll even be into running one day so he can show me his favorite trails.
